The ManyChat alternative you run from Claude or ChatGPT.
Who it’s for: You want comment-to-DM on a few posts at once, with a page, follow-up and booking behind every DM, and you would rather ask your AI than build flows.
No setup fee and no build fee.
What you get
- Run it from Claude or ChatGPT in plain English: no flow builder
- Everything in Free, with room to grow
- 3 live comment-to-DM automations on Instagram at once, instead of 1
- 3 landing pages, each with its own follow-up
- 1,000 leads (people who leave their email; commenters are free)
- Email follow-up from your own address, and texts from your own Twilio number
- Voice notes in your DMs, greeting each person by name, in a ready-made AI voice you pick
- Booking calendar and appointment reminders
- 500 credits a month: about 19 voiced videos, or carousels you write yourself
Where it stops
- 1,000 leads (people who leave their email; commenters are free). At 1,000, your comment replies pause and your forms and booking page stop taking new people until you delete leads or upgrade.
- 3 landing pages
- 3 live automations (comment-to-DM)
- 1 Instagram account
- 500 credits a month for videos, motion videos, carousels you write yourself and voice notes
Voice notes speak in a ready-made AI voice you pick from nine, not a copy of your own. Your own Claude or ChatGPT writes the DMs, pages and emails in the chat; the built-in writer, Autopilot and AI phone calls are on Starter. Texts go out once your own Twilio number is connected; Twilio bills you for them.

Rolling out marks a capability that is specified and being built, but not live yet.
Not on Connect
Said now, rather than found out in month two.
- The built-in AI writer and content review (Starter and Growth). Your own Claude or ChatGPT still writes in the chat
- Autopilot: a post a day planned, made and posted for you (Starter and Growth)
- AI phone calls (Starter and Growth)
- Calling from the browser with recordings, no-show rebooking and the deeper analytics (Starter and Growth)
- The AI appointment setter that answers comments and DMs and books the call (Growth)

The AI writes your funnel
Your website and lead magnets (one on Free, three on a paid plan), each with a landing page, a guide, follow-up emails and a DM. Usually a few minutes. Meanwhile you connect your email, so the follow-ups send from your own address.

About plans and billing.
What is Mentorship Boss?
Mentorship Boss is software for educators, coaches and consultants who sell through Instagram. You run it from the Claude or ChatGPT you already use: connect it once, then ask in plain words, and it sets up comment-to-DM, writes and sends email and text follow-ups, posts and schedules your reels, books calls and tells you what is working. There is a web dashboard too. Free is $0 a month with no card, Connect is $24, Starter is $97 and Growth is $697.
Do I have to learn a new tool?
No. You keep chatting with Claude or ChatGPT and ask for what you want. Instagram and your sending email connect once, through a link it gives you. There is a dashboard when you want to look, and a few things are switched on there: Autopilot, the AI setter, Google Calendar, YouTube, your own texting number and your website.
Can I run it from Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes, on every plan, Free included. Connect Mentorship Boss to Claude or ChatGPT once and ask in plain English: post this tomorrow, DM everyone who comments GUIDE, write the follow-up emails. New follow-ups and DM rules come back as a preview and are saved only when you say yes; posts, bookings and replies happen only when you ask. The Use it in your AI page shows how to connect it.
What happens in the weekly strategy call?
We open your numbers. What worked, what did not, which content produced conversations, which produced appointments, what to change and what to make next. It is on Growth.
What does “rolling out” mean on some features?
It means the capability is specified and being built, but is not live yet. The lead finder and AI lead analysis are the main ones. Everything untagged works today. I would rather you know which is which before you pay than find out in month two.
Is there a setup fee?
No. No setup fee and no build fee. Month to month.
What is the difference between the plans?
Free is the core system with limits, appointment reminders included. Connect, $24, is the ManyChat alternative: the same system with 3 live automations, 3 landing pages, 1,000 leads, voice notes in DMs in a ready-made AI voice, and 500 credits a month. Starter removes the lead, landing-page and automation caps and adds the AI writer, calling with recordings, the deeper analytics, no-show rebooking and check-ins, Autopilot, AI phone calls, and 3,000 credits a month for videos and AI. You run it yourself. Growth adds the AI appointment setter, an hour a week with me, setup done for you, and 12,000 credits a month.
Do texts and calls cost extra?
They go out from your own Twilio account, on every plan, so Twilio bills you directly for the number and for each text and call. Connecting it takes about 15 minutes. US numbers also need carrier registration in Twilio before texts are delivered, which can take days or weeks. Your emails go out without it. Calling from the browser is on Starter and Growth.
What happens when Free reaches 250 leads?
New leads are turned away until you delete some or upgrade (Connect keeps 1,000, Starter has no limit): your comment-to-DM automations pause, and your forms and booking page stop taking new people. A lead is someone who left their email; people who only commented do not count. You get an email at 80%, 95% and 100%.
What is a credit, and what happens if I run out?
One credit is one cent, and credits are what the AI work spends. A voiced video is 26 credits, or 32 if the AI writes its script. A motion video is 4 to 18, a carousel's words 4, captions 3, an AI setter reply 3, a voice note in a DM 1, an Autopilot post 45, and an AI phone call 50 a minute. Your plan adds credits at the start of each month: 150 on Free, 500 on Connect, 3,000 on Starter, 12,000 on Growth. A month's credits you do not use carry over one more month, then expire. The 250 you get at sign-up never expire, and credits you buy last 12 months. The ones that expire soonest are spent first. You can buy more at any time: 1,000 credits for $10, 2,500 + 250 free for $25, 5,000 + 750 free for $50. At zero, your keyword comment-to-DMs, your follow-up emails and texts and your posts already scheduled keep working, because they do not use credits. What waits until credits come back: new videos, AI writing, AI setter replies, new Autopilot posts, voice notes in DMs and AI phone calls. Autopilot and the AI setter carry on by themselves once there are credits. Texts and regular phone minutes never use credits: your own Twilio account bills those.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. Billing runs through Stripe, and you change plan, update your card or cancel from your account. It is month to month.
What currency are the prices in?
US dollars, on every plan. Your card is charged in USD and your bank converts it at its own rate.
