Is it free?
Yes, on both sides. Mentorship Boss Free costs nothing and needs no card: 250 leads, 1 live automation, 1 landing page and 4 videos a month. Claude's free plan allows one custom connector, so this has to be your only one, or use Claude Pro. In ChatGPT, your plan has to allow custom servers (see the ChatGPT tab).
Do I need an account first?
No. When you connect, your assistant opens our sign-in page. Choose Create a free account, type your email and a password, then the 6-digit code we email you. You land back in the chat, connected, on the Free plan.
Does it work in ChatGPT?
Yes, when your ChatGPT plan allows custom servers (Business and Enterprise do; personal plans may be limited or read-only). In ChatGPT you can drop a JPEG photo or a short MP4/MOV video into the chat and say "post this Tuesday at 9am": each file up to 50 MB, up to ten for a carousel. ChatGPT also asks you to confirm each change.
Can it post or send anything without me?
No. New and edited follow-ups and DM rules come back as a preview, and nothing is saved until you say yes; the approval expires after 15 minutes. Posting, booking a call, replying to a DM, pausing or deleting a rule happen when you ask, and posting is immediate and public, so your assistant shows you a video before it posts it.
What does my plan change?
Free: Instagram posting, comment-to-DM (1 live at once), follow-ups, 250 leads, 4 videos a month, and your assistant writes the words at no extra cost. Starter ($97): Autopilot posts every day by itself, Facebook posting, the content review, 30 videos. Growth ($697): the AI appointment setter that answers your DMs and books the call, 150 videos, and a weekly hour with George.

A remote MCP server (the Model Context Protocol, an open standard Anthropic published in 2024) at https://mcp.mentorshipboss.com, streamable HTTP, OAuth 2.1 sign-in with your Mentorship Boss login. A session reaches only the signed-in account.
Reads: leads and conversations, follow-ups and sending hours, comment-to-DM automations and their results, the content calendar, bookings and open times, recordings and scripts, your plan and usage.
Changes in two steps (a plan you see, then an apply with a single-use token that lasts 15 minutes): follow-ups, sending hours, DM automations, the business profile, CRM leads. Changes in one step, when asked: posting and scheduling, bookings, DM replies, pausing or deleting a rule, rendering a video. Publishing is immediate and has no undo.
Plan limits apply exactly as in the dashboard. Switching Autopilot on or off, connecting YouTube or Google Calendar, and a non-Gmail sending email stay in the dashboard. 120 requests a minute per login. Claude shows it as a custom connector; it is not listed in Anthropic’s directory yet.
