My own account, first

I went from 0 followers to 1.3 million views in a month. Here’s exactly what changed.

For a long time almost nobody watched. Then I changed two things. This is the whole story, the mistake I made for years, and why it became Mentorship Boss.

01

Where I started

I graduated in computer science, sent over a hundred job applications, and nobody called back. AI was changing everything I had studied, faster than I could study it.

So I stopped waiting and started posting what I was learning. Zero followers. No budget. No ads.

02

What didn’t work

For a long time I posted what I thought was good. I never looked at what was actually working.

I kept trying to reinvent the wheel, when the answer was to do more of what already works.

03

What changed, in 2024

I switched to two things, and kept doing them.

  1. Every post had to teach something real.Something useful people could take away, not something that only looked nice.
  2. Every post left room for a debate.I ended on a take people wanted to argue with: “Monolith or micro? Drop your take below.”

That is the debate doing its job. People came to argue, and stayed to learn. And every one of those comments was someone raising their hand.

Why this became Mentorship Boss

Everything that worked for me, I had to work out by hand. And the parts done by hand are the parts that don’t scale.

What I didI studied what was working, by hand, post after post.

What we do for youWe study it for you: every reel is read against the first seven seconds, and the next ones are planned from what held attention.

The 7-Second Rule

What I didI wrote posts that taught something real and left room for a debate.

What we do for youWe script and make them for you, in your words, ending on a question your audience wants to answer.

How it works

What I didHundreds of comments came in, and I could never answer them all.

What we do for youEvery comment gets a reply and a DM in seconds, and becomes a lead that is followed up until they book.

Comment to DM

You don’t need my topic. You need the same system.

Start with the guide: the exact rule I use to keep people watching past the first seven seconds.
